The workpiece is manually placed on the conveying fixture and discharged after passing through each process section in sequence. The passivation solution can be recycled after purification treatment. This machine has the advantages of multiple workstations, comprehensive functions, reasonable structure, easy operation, and good cleaning effect. This is of great significance for cleaning assembly line parts, improving the working environment, and enhancing product quality.
Considering the special nature of the beer barrel workpiece (fully sealed, with only one 45mm diameter outlet), it is necessary to ensure that every part inside and outside the workpiece is processed properly and that the internal liquid can quickly enter and exit during design. The workpiece is designed to be inverted on the conveyor belt (with the barrel mouth facing downwards), using a step-by-step conveying method. Workers place the workpiece that needs to be cleaned on the conveyor belt fixture at the loading point (the barrel mouth is just right in the center of the fixture, and there is a through hole in the middle of the fixture for the nozzle to extend into the barrel for spraying). The workpiece is automatically driven by the conveyor belt through the acid pickling and passivation section (14 stations), the water flushing section (flushing pressure of about 4MPa), and then enters the pick-up point.
